NOTICE OF FULL COUNCIL MEETING
I hereby give notice that a Meeting of the Community Council will be held on Monday 12th January 2026 at 6.30pm

All Members of the Council are hereby summoned to participate remotely in order to consider and resolve upon the matters which appear in the agenda. The community councils’ remote meetings protocol will apply.
Agenda
1. To note attendance and receive apologies for absence.
2. To receive declarations of interest and the nature of those interests. (Relevant to items being discussed on the agenda).
3. To approve the minutes of the previous meeting.
4. To approve the schedule of payments.
5. To discuss the possibility of a Community Asset Transfer in respect of the Hall, Pavilion and Community Field. Members of the VOGC will be present and able to offer information that could assist the decision making process
6. To receive a report from the representatives of external bodies at Sully Primary School, those on the Chemical Advisory Board and Community Liaison Panel, One Voice Wales Bridgend, Cardiff & Vale Area Committee,
VOGC locally elected members and the councillors associated with our Sec 6 obligations (If Applicable).
7. Democratic Half Hour – The public are invited to make representations on business being transacted at the meeting or propose items for the agenda of the next meeting (Time constraints apply)
8. To discuss and resolve upon a budget in respect of the supply and installation of an outdoor water fountain
9. To receive any updates from the Proper Officer and councillors and discuss and resolve upon any further actions required (Including but not limited to, Further funding in respect of the allotments)
10. To discuss and resolve upon additional signage in respect of Jubilee Hall
11. The proposed date of the next meeting of the Community Council is a full Council meeting on the 9th February 2026.
In accordance with section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to meetings) Act 1960. In view of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted, it is advisable in the public interest that the press and public are excluded from the meeting.
