Sully and Lavernock hold an Ordinary Community Council meeting each month (except August) on the 1st Tuesday in the Pavilion at Burnham Avenue at 6.00pm to which anyone is invited to attend. The Annual Meeting of the Community Council is held in May of each year.

To approve the minutes of previous meetings
To receive a report of the representative of the Vale of Glamorgan Council on the recent flooding issues in Sully and Lavernock
To consider and approve payments
To consider and decide on the 21/22 precept requirements for the council
To approve the adoption of the SLCC standing orders (revised edition 2020) with the exception of section 18 v which should read “Subject to standing orders 18 e and f whether contracts with an estimated value below £1500 or due to special circumstances are exempt from a tendering process or procurement exercise
To discuss the disposal of land known as Glebe Fields for residential purposes
To discuss a donation to the just given page for the victims of flooding in Sully
To agree changes to the social housing document discussed at the last meeting
To discuss restitution to the cricket and bowling clubs for maintenance costs
