Democratic Half Hour – The public are invited to ask questions on agenda items or propose items for the agenda of the next meeting (Time constraints apply)
To discuss a number of traffic issues on Cog Road and possible next actions
To discuss and resolve the appointment of a representative to the OFC group
To discuss possible “Rewilding” areas in the village
To discuss the Social Farms and Gardens proposals in relation to WAG owned land in Lavernock
To discuss and resolve proposals by the SVG for the siting of a new picnic bench at Jubilee Park and also a tree provided as a result of the Queens Green Canopy Initiative.
To approve the date of the next Council meeting
In accordance with section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to meetings) Act 1960. In view of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted, it is advisable in the public interest that the press and public are excluded from the meeting.
The clerk will provide an update to the council regarding on going staff related issues
