MEETINGS

“The annual meeting of the community council will take on the first Tuesday in May in any year which is not an election year. In addition to the annual meeting of the community council, other ordinary meetings or extraordinary meetings may be held on such dates and times as the council decides. These dates will be advertised on the website and at a conspicuous place in the locality. At this time meetings are being conducted remotely using Zoom”.

SULLY AND LAVERNOCK COMMUNITY COUNCIL MEETING 1/1/26 – 31/12/26

The following are provisional dates when Sully and Lavernock Community Council may meet throughout the year. Members of the public are invited to view proceedings but may be excluded at some point of the meeting due to the matters being discussed.

Councillors are advised that if these dates are formally agreed and resolved upon, then on these dates, they are summonsed to attend a community council meeting, remotely or otherwise, and that they are required to discuss and resolve upon the business that will be on the agenda.
