AgeCymru New Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Class

AgeCymru will be offering a new Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi class for older people on Thursdays 1-2pm in the Jubilee Hall, Sully starting May 2, 2019. This accessible and effective exercise routine involves gentle stretching and relaxing and is suitable for all ages and abilities.

The class is free but donations are welcome to help cover hall hire fees and administrative costs. If interested, contact Rebecca Phillips, who will ask you some health and safety questions and answer any questions you may have. Her contact details are on the attached flier. You can also simply show up to a class but the hall can accommodate only 20 people and you may have to go on a waiting list.

Wear comfy clothes and flat shoes (trainers okay). No bare feet.
