The Sully round of the Inter-Library Code Club Robot Wars will be held in Sully Library between 2:30 and 4:30 pm on Wednesday 7th August.
• Thanks to the Vale Library Service, we have the use of Lego kits and Ipad tablets sufficient for 8 children to participate. They must be between 9 and 13 on the day of the event and members of Sully Library (it’s easy and free to join!)

The recently formed Sully Village Group are holding a family friendly community event - Sullyfest Pirate Day - on Saturday 14th September 2019 from 2 pm. The event will take place on the sports fields at Burnham Ave. There will be live music, food stalls, craft stalls and activities and games for all ages. Booklets listing all classes plus the rules, guidelines and entry forms are now available in the Post Office Shop, the Club Restaurant and Bar, the Doctor’s Surgery and the Old School. The Penarth commitee for Cancer Research U.K. are holding a charity quiz on Friday 14th June. Doors will open at 7pm for a 7.30 start. The Saving Sully and Lavernock Group in conjunction with the Council have agreed to provide Sully and Lavernock with a War Memorial. The cost of this project will not fall upon the rate payers but will be funded by grants , donations and various fund raising activities.
