UK Community Renewal Fund

The Government is seeking an application from the Vale of Glamorgan into its Community Renewal Fund. £220 million investment in the UK Community Renewal Fund (UKCRF) was announced in its budget on 3 March 2021. The Fund is to support people and communities most in need across the UK, creating opportunities to trial new approaches and innovative ideas at the local level.

The Cultural Recovery Fund is now open for applications and will close on the 20 April 2021 at 5 pm. Business Wales Cultural Recovery Fund

NEW Funding for freelancers will open early May and be delivered by local authorities.

Self-Employment Income Support Scheme (SEISS)

Fourth grant announced: Self Employed Income Support Scheme fourth grant.

The online service to claim the fourth grant will be available from late April 2021.

The Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme has been extended until 30 September 2021.
