The recently formed Sully Village Group are holding a family friendly community event - Sullyfest Pirate Day - on Saturday 14th September 2019 from 2 pm. The event will take place on the sports fields at Burnham Ave. There will be live music, food stalls, craft stalls and activities and games for all ages. As the Sullyfest will be free to attend we are looking for sponsors (individuals and businesses big and small) for the event. Bro Radio are keen on building community relations in the Vale and have never worked with Sully before so they have offered to host Sullyfest for us for free (they usually charge for such a package) and will also promote it in the lead up to the event, along with Penarth SMTV (Social Media TV) and Barry SMTV. We hope that the village and village businesses and groups will benefit from their involvement.
The Sully Village Group are a group of volunteer long standing residents of Sully who have come together to organise (and to support) community events in the village that have the aim of bringing the community together.
We hope you can take the time to look at the attached information and consider sponsoring the event in some way.
This will be the first event for the group and if successful we intend for it to be an annual event with a different theme each year. We hope Sully residents will support the event and we look forward to seeing you all at Sullyfest.
