2018 Vale of Glamorgan Play Survey!

VALE PLAY – HAVE YOUR SAY!

The Welsh Government has passed a law which means all councils in Wales must carry out an investigation into the time and space children have for playing or hanging out in their local area. As part of this process, a survey is being used nationally and locally to help us to build a picture of what it’s like for children playing in the Vale of Glamorgan and Wales wide. Children do not necessarily need a fixed play area to be able to play. The Vale is rich in indoorand outdoor spaces such as beaches, parks and woodlands where children can play. In fact children can make any indoor or outdoor space become a play space with imagination. We would be grateful if you could ask your children to take a few minutes of their time to tell us what they think about play in the Vale by clicking on the link below and completing the survey. This survey is also available in paper format if preferred. The survey closes on 30th September. and outdoor spaces such as beaches, parks, grass areas and woodlands where children can play.
